As the Campus Housing Director, my responsibility is to make it sure that the development will actually result in the increase of convenience and usage of WV so that the increased cost (both capital and operational) is justified. I need to prioritize requirements from both existing and potential residents and decide on which plan to take by calculating a business case for each.
What I will need to know would be:
Both capital and operational cost of each development plan
Possible increase of usage and income of each plan
